I am a licensed in the state of California. I provide telehealth for clients all throughout the state of California and in person individual therapy in Irvine, California. My meditation group is offered exclusively online and anyone from anywhere is welcome to join, as this would not be considered a therapy group or indicate a therapist-client relationship. My workshops may be a public or private event, are offered in various locations. For more information about requesting a workshop, please contact me at dr.biancahur@gmail.com.
Currently I am only accepting Aetna. I am only able to apply insurance to individual psychotherapy sessions. For PPO plans, I am able to provide a monthly "superbill" for reimbursement. Reimbursement and acceptance of this bill is at the sole discretion of your insurance provider, in which they may apply towards your deductible or provide reimbursement.
Individual psychotherapy sessions that last an hour long are $250.
Meditation Group is $120 for the 4 week course and is exclusively online at this time.
Psychedelic integration typically ranges from 600-1200. There are several options in how we can implement psychedelic integration and we will collaborate on what option works best for you at this time.
Yes I do offer a sliding fee for those who need, however I have limited sliding fee spots. Contact me for a consultation if you’d like to discuss your options.
This is nearly impossible to answer here, as each person’s treatment looks significantly different from the next. Length of treatment depends on many factors, including your individual needs, obstacles, and goals. We can discuss this during your initial consultation and/or intake evaluation.
I understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. I ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged with a cancellation fee for the session.

Due to the legal status of many psychedelic substances in the US, I cannot endorse, facilitate, or support the use of illegal substances or any unlawful activities. Please be aware that my website does not serve as a medical endorsement for pursuing a psychedelic experience. It is highly recommended that you consult with a qualified mental health or medical professional to ensure your safety when considering psychedelic healing. Engaging without proper guidance increases the risk of physical and psychological harm, as evidenced by documented instances of harm occurring in unregulated environments. This caution is particularly crucial if you have a pre-existing mental health condition such as trauma, depression, or anxiety. I encourage you to educate yourself, seek support, and confer with your medical or mental health providers before engaging in any activities to minimize potential harm. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your physician or dial 911 immediately.
I am not treating clients with severe current self-harm (e.g. cutting, burning, scratching), severe substance abuse disorders, severe psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder. For symptoms and conditions such as these, involving significant emotion dysregulation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) may be a superior treatment option. Here are some recommendations for providers in the field who specialize in addressing these specific issues, most of whom who offer virtual services as well:

A client-therapist relationship is just like any other in the way a good fit brings optimal satisfaction in the work we do together. If you've landed on my page, and many things resonate with you or peak your curiosity, there is a high chance we can be a good fit. The best way to know is to schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation, and have a conversation before deciding to get started.
